Stplas PP woven bag and PE film washing machine are high throughout, high performance recycling system designed especially this application. Through extensive research of the characteristics of PP woven bags, we are able to provide specific proposals to which will reduce the quantities of fines created, therefore material loss is kept to a minimun. In addition, our R&D team have developed an advanced drying solution for PP woven bag material which forms a key part of our recycling system.
Stplas plants with the capacity from 300 to 1500kg/h, which meet customer's different requirements.
Feature:
1. The main material is PE agriculture film, PET bags, shopping bags, beverage bags, PP woven bags, and some other soft material;
2. Our price is competitive and we take responsibility to any quality uncertainly;
3. For PP PE soft material, we will use pipe drying machine, which will ensure final flakes' moisture lower than 2%;
4. We use 304 stainless steel to produce machines which contacting water;
5. PLC control, choosing motor brand according to customer's demands.
