Single Shaft Shredder meet the requirements of waste plastic and other industries for shredding thick broken hard materials, such as: waste plastic,paper, fiber,organic waste and the like. We could work out a suitable proposal for our clients. After being shreddered by the machine, the output material could be used directly or go into the next step of size reduction. This series Shaft Shredder has a low speed high torque, low noise characteristics, PLC control system, automatic control, with start, stop, reverse and reverse automatic overload control function.
Function:
1. PLC control system, automatic overload protection and auto reverse switch;
2. Blades are fixed on the shaft by screw which is convenient and simple to change;
3. Each fixed blades has four cutting edges which enable reutilization after being abraded, by rotating 180 degree;
4. Screen perforation is adjustable according to customers' requirement;
