Description of Machine Line:
This plastic washing recycling machine is widely used to washing recycling the used PP/PE plastic soft plastic. Such as shopping bags, industry films, garbage bags, woven bags, etc. This recycling machine can crushing washing and drying the dirty soft plastic into clean and dry flakes.
After plastic film/bag flakes cleaned, you can make them into pellets/granules with next process, which called plastic pelletizing machine.
We have our own professional R&d team. With advanced design, concepts and technologies to suit different status of waste plastic bags/films.
We can play this machine line as "L", "S" or "U" shape according to your different workshop.
Main Featrues:
1. Metal chain conveyor and crusher: Cut off the packaing steel line,then convey film or woven bags into crusher to crush the material into smaller size.
2. Floating washing tank: The floating washing tank with water level control device. The parts which contact with flakes is made of SUS304.
3. Friction washer: For washing again with clean injecting water. The parts which contact with flakes is made of SUS304.
4. Storage hopper: For removing the labels by friction between screen and arms
