For PP/PE soft material washing machine line, its basic configuration includes: belt conveyor, crusher, friction washer, floating washer, de-watering machine, drier, silo, control panel. Final water content: 10%.
If you want less water content, you can add one film squeezing granulating machine. According to your demands, we can freely match these machines.

1. The main process of the PP/PE soft material washing line is crushing, washing, drying parts.
2. The capacity of the washing line is from 300kg/h to 1500kg/h.
3. There crusher is to crush the film and woven bags to small pieces with size 40-60mm( Or customized)
4. With film squeezing granulating machine can ensure the final products, PE PP flakes moisture lower than 1%.

The size of final flakes will be 50~100mm, and final moisture level of film flakes will be lower than 5%.
The PP PE flakes can be taken directly to the granulating/pelletizing line to make granules/pellets.
