PET Bottle Recycling Plant is mainly used for crushing, washing, palletizing of PET bottles to realize auto separation for caps and labels: belt conveyer, crusher, steam washer, scrubbing washing unit, rinsing and precipitation washing unit, centrifugal dewatering unit, hot air flow drying unit, and electric control cabinet. Which capability arrange 500-3000KG/h.

2. Our PET bottle crusher equiped with the force feeding pressing device,
when the pet bottle us non - pressed, having this device will effectively avoid the
bottle jump inside the chamber of the crusher, at the mean time, this device can
enhance capacity to some degree.
3. High speed friction washer is new type. since the blade of the friction washer is easy to get blunt, so the new type friction washer blade can be dismantled and be changed.
