Description:
This is new type film-squeezing machine which is designed by our company. It use squeezing & dehydration principle, after raw material (LDPE agriculture film, LLDPE strength film, pe pp film and PP woven/big bags, etc.) crushing and washed, this squeezer machine can quickly and effectively remove the water. It is easy to increase the subsequent granulating line production capacity.
Features :
1. Plastic PE film squeezer dewatering machine which takes advanced Italian techniques as reference, especially the screw pressing dewatering design.
2. used Plastic PE film squeezer dewatering machine is used for drying washed film and make it like granules. After film squeezing machine the granules can put into extruder directly.
3. used Plastic PE film squeezer dewatering machine save 3 machines after washing line. Save one dewatering machine, one drying system, and one agglomerator. It almost saved 200kw for one line.
4. The final moisture content is around 3-5%
